CCM-CCDML (Metric) Ceramic Coated Linear Shafting

The ISO Metric Ceramic Coated Shafting (CCM-CCMDL), also known as Feather Shafting, is designed for use with Simplicity FrelonGOLD® lined bearings and pillow blocks. Ideal for contaminated environments, this shafting offers superior corrosion resistance and is vibration-resistant. The availability of solid round (CCM) or pre-drilled (CCMDL) versions provides flexibility in design. The pre-drilled shafting can be paired with aluminum predrilled support rails for fully supported applications handling heavy loads. Custom end machining is also available.

• Solid round shafting (CCM) available in metric sizes from 6 mm to 50 mm, up to a maximum length of 3658 mm
• Pre-drilled shafting (CCMDL) available in sizes from 8 mm to 50 mm, up to a maximum length of 3658 mm
• Pre-drilled mounting holes offer an interchangeable alternative to standard predrilled shafting
• Aluminum alloy base material provides weight savings over steel
• Ceramic-like coating delivers hardness up to RC70 and enhanced corrosion resistance
• Optimized for FrelonGOLD® liners
• NOT to be used with linear ball bearings (Does not apply to linear guide products – MR, UG, UGA, etc.)
• Resistant to weld splatter, paints, and other contaminants
• Non-magnetic and vibration-resistant
• Standard cut to customer-specified length tolerances of:

• 4 mm – 30 mm shaft = ± 0.8 mm
• 40 mm – 50 mm shaft = ± 1.6 mm
• 60 mm – 80 mm shaft = ± 3.2 mm
