NIL-NIPDL (Inch) Steel Linear Shafting

Lee Linear inch steel shafting (NIL/NIPDL) is precision-engineered and case hardened to RC60, making it ideal for use with Simplicity FrelonGOLD® lined bearings and linear ball bearings. Lee Linear ensures superior performance with unmatched uniformity in surface hardness and depth across various sizes. Each shaft is ground and polished to a consistent surface finish, enhancing load distribution, reducing wear, minimizing particulate generation, and lowering drag. Tight dimensional tolerances along the shaft length guarantee reliable and consistent bearing operation.

• Solid round shafting available in inch sizes from 3/16” to 4”, and lengths up to 21 feet
• Predrilled shafting for use with support rails available from ½” to 2”, and lengths up to 21 feet
• Case-hardened steel for optimal durability
• Diameter tolerance is Class L
• Surface finish 8-12 RMS
• Standard cut to customer-specified length tolerances of:

• 3/16" – 1-1/4" shaft = ± 0.0300"
• 1-3/8" – 2" shaft = ± 0.060"
• 2-1/2" – 4" shaft = ± 0.125"
