CC-CCPDL (Inch) Ceramic Coated Linear Shafting

The Inch Ceramic Coated Shafting (CC-CCPDL), also known as Feather Shafting, is engineered for use with Simplicity FrelonGOLD® lined bearings and pillow blocks. Designed for contaminated environments, this shafting offers excellent corrosion resistance and is vibration-resistant. The availability of solid round (CC) or pre-drilled (CCPDL) versions provides flexibility in design. The pre-drilled shafting can be paired with aluminum predrilled support rails for fully supported applications handling heavy loads. Custom end machining is also available.

• Solid round shafting (CC) available in inch sizes from 3/16” to 2”, up to a maximum length of 12 feet
• Pre-drilled shafting (CCPDL) available in sizes from ½” to 2”, up to a maximum length of 12 feet
• Pre-drilled mounting holes offer an interchangeable alternative to standard pre-drilled shafting
• Aluminum alloy base material provides weight savings over steel
• Ceramic-like coating delivers hardness up to RC70 and enhanced corrosion resistance
• Optimized for FrelonGOLD® liners
• NOT to be used with linear ball bearings (Does not apply to linear guide products – MR, UG, UGA, etc.)
• Resistant to weld splatter, paints, and other contaminants
• Non-magnetic and vibration-resistant
• Standard cut to customer-specified length tolerances of:

• 3/16" – 1-1/4" shaft = ± 0.0300"
• 1-3/8" – 2" shaft = ± 0.060"
• 2-1/2" – 4" shaft = ± 0.125"
